Kris' Blog #26

Practice was way too early in the morning and I'll be the first to say I slept thru that like a CHAMP.

Unfortunately Shawn's jacked elbow kept him from hanging onto the sled and it was best for him not to ride around in last.
The difference between riding around and racing is huge. If that's all that is happening then it's not worth the entry fees, injuries, fuel or time to put unneeded miles on the sled.

It's unfortunate since we are so far from home and it is the last race of the season but alas, can't tempt fate sometimes.

Instead we pack up the gear and go watch some racing instead, keeping a close eye on the parking lot situation to see if we can split early.
